chart management. We, in effect, become your chart room.

store your patient's charts until you make a request. Clary staff
retrieves, scans and delivers to you, via an encrypted email, the
medical record. Information arrives within a matter of hours at
a fraction of the cost charged by traditional box storage companies.

system enables us to track the chain of custody for each file. Our
pledge to you, we will never lose a file, or storage is on us!
 Records
stored with Clary can be managed 24 hours a day, seven days a week
via the web.
Storing medical records with Clary will ensure that you receive
requested information quickly, eliminate lost medical charts and
have the ability to manage those records online. All this can be
provided at a cost that is less than what you pay now.
 To
ensure HIPAA compliance regarding discarded patient health information
(PHI), Clary provides attractive, secure cabinets to store the PHI
until our bonded and insured staff collects and shreds the contents.
This would include all: paper, files, disks, x-rays, microfilm,
plastics, three-ring binders, prescription bottles, computers and
hard-drives.
Material is transported in locked containers, inside locked trucks
and shredded within 24 hours of arrival at the secure Clary facility.
Once shredded all paper is recycled. A Certificate of Destruction
is issued to you verifying the work is complete. A customer may
inspect the document destruction process at any time, without notice.
The shredding process at Clary meets the privacy standards set
forth in HIPAA. Clary is AAA certified by the National Association
for Information Destruction (NAID), the industry's highest standard
for document destruction.
